Q. What do I wear to a Reiki session?
A. Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing and remove jewelry. Metal can effect energy distribution.
Q. Do I need to do anything to prepare for my Reiki session?
A. Relaxation exercises can be helpful, but not necessary. That's part of the reason you're here, right?
Q. How often should I schedule sessions?
A. There is no right or wrong answer to this question, but I typically recommend once every 1-2 months for maintenance. Sometimes more or less depending on the issue being addressed.
Q. What should I do after a Reiki session?
A. Drink plenty of WATER for the next few days. Water promotes healing at all levels given the physical and metaphysical properties it contains. Give yourself permission to process, release and heal. Go slow, it's not a race. Salt baths are also helpful due to the negative ions binding to any negativity being released.
